Binsuloom Group is looking for a skilled and dedicated HR Coordinator to join their growing team in Dubai. If you have strong hotel HR experience and a passion for people management, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and staff coordination
- Manage hotel visa processing and end-of-service (EOS) procedures
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of HR experience in the hotel industry (UAE)
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of visa processing and EOS formalities
- Must be available 6 days/week (8 AM – 6 PM)
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
