Full A+ students scholership Prof.Joseph Mundasserry Scholarship for SSLC/PlusTwo/VHSE

Applications are being sought for the Prof.Joseph Mundasserry Scholarship Award. The award is given to students of the BPL group who have studied in the Kerala government or aiding institutions and have achieved A+ marks for all subjects in the SSLC/THSLC/Higher Secondary/VHSE test for the academic period 2022-23.

Only those who are indigenous residents of Kerala who are members of any of the minority religions, such as Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddha, Parsis, Jain, etc are qualified to apply. If there are no adequate BPL applicants, students whose family income is not more than Rs.8 lakh are also taken into consideration. The grant is made in the ratio of 80:20 to Muslims and other minorities in the respective ratios.

Each student eligible for the scholarship would be awarded Rs. 10000 per award amount. The income limit for merit would be the criteria for selection. The applicants should have accounts with any branch of the Nationalised Bank.

How do I apply?

1. Visit the site http://dcescholarship.kerala.gov.in and click the link scholarships - Prof. Joseph Mundasserry (PJMS)
2. Click Apply online
3. Candidates who are already registered for other scholarships may have a 'Candidate login' that includes the same information.
4. After applying online Click View/Print Application to print from it.
5. The printed copy of the registration form must be handed over to the head of the school of the student along with the documents mentioned in the next section.


What documents do I have to provide with my application?

1. The registration form of the applicant is printed with the image pasted onto it.
2. Copy of the mark list of SSLC / PlusTwo/VHSE.
3. Copy of the first page of the passbook in the name of the applicant ( must contain Name and Account No. IFSC code, address, etc.)
4. Photocopy from Aadhar card, or NPR card.
5. Copy of the Ration card.
6. Copy of the Nativity certificate.
7. Copy of the Community certificate or minority certification.
8. The income certificate (original) from the village office.

Attention Heads of Institution

1. The documents submitted by the applicant must be verified online by the Head of the Institution or the Teacher who is in charge.
2. A+ grades in all subjects must be confirmed.
3. Approval of the application by the head of the institution following scrutinization
4. The income certificate must be included along with the application
5. Every document should be checked.
6. Pay more attention when checking the details of the bank account
7. The institution's head should have checked the validity of all applications and accepted them before the deadline
